Forge is a nonprofit focused on help low-income Latin American youths have access to a quality life through work, ongoing learning and commitment.
This is done through the implementation of a completely free of charge Program that develops soft and job-related skills.

A free online training program for low-income youth.
The unemployment rate among 15–24-year-olds is between two and four times higher than that of adults aged 25 and older. The Forge Foundation addresses the challenge faced by low-income youth in urban areas of Latin America and North America with a free online training program.
Thanks to the support of our donors and partners, we have developed a virtual version of our training program, which can overcome the barriers of time and location, and therefore reach even more young people.
